We want you to be happy with your Magic Pump purchase. If you need to return a product or there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Change of Mind Returns

For eligible products purchased through our website, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us within this 30-day period to arrange the return.

The product should be returned in good condition, together with its original parts and packaging where reasonably possible.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to us.

Once the return has been received and processed, any refund due will be made to the original payment method in accordance with applicable South African law.

Faulty or Defective Products

If your Magic Pump is faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

All Magic Pump products come with a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase, giving you additional peace of mind.

If your Magic Pump develops a fault during this period, please contact us with your proof of purchase and details of the problem so that we can assist you.

This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under South African consumer law.

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, qualifying defective goods may be returned within six months of delivery. Where applicable, the customer may choose a repair, replacement or refund.

For qualifying defective goods, the customer will not be responsible for the reasonable cost of returning the product.

We may ask for photographs, video or other information to help us understand the problem and arrange the appropriate solution.12-Month Guarantee

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund. Where the error or damage is our responsibility, you will not be responsible for the reasonable return cost.

Please include your name, order number and reason for the return. We will then provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send a product back before contacting us.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Where the statutory cooling-off right applies, refunds will be processed in accordance with the timeframes required by South African law.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refunds & Returns Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or other applicable South African consumer law.
